Your visit begins among the vineyards, where breathtaking views introduce you to a land whose winemaking tradition dates back centuries. After a short walk, you will visit the company’s museum, which tells the winery’s story through vintage photographs, historical objects, and family memories.

You will then explore the winemaking process: from hand-harvesting to fermentation, from aging to bottling. Traditional methods and modern innovation blend seamlessly to ensure the highest quality.

The experience culminates in the historic cellar, where an expert will guide you through a tasting of five local wines, including a prestigious Barolo. Each wine will be paired with a carefully selected artisanal chocolate, enhancing aromas and creating a unique multisensory experience.

Your tasting experience begins with an elegant and surprising sensory journey, where the complexity of Langhe wines meets the richness of artisanal Piedmontese chocolate. Guided by a local sommelier, you will explore how aromas, textures and flavors evolve when wine and chocolate are paired together, creating unique and unexpected harmonies.

Barolo

Known as the “King of Wines”, Barolo shows an intense garnet color. On the nose it offers notes of dried rose, spices, cherries submerged in alcohol and licorice. On the palate it presents itself as deep, tannic and refined, with a long finish. Paired with premium dark chocolate, it reveals its full structure, elegance and warmth.

Nebbiolo

A wine of great finesse, Nebbiolo unveils delicate aromas of violet, red fruits and soft spices. Fresh and elegant on the palate, it combines beautifully with dark chocolate of different intensities, enhancing both its acidity and aromatic complexity.

Barbera d’Alba

Vibrant ruby color, marked by aromas of black cherry, plum and small dark fruits. Rich and round, with pleasant freshness. A slightly sweeter chocolate amplifies its balance, creating a smooth and intriguing combination.

Dolcetto
