2 hours
If you are a wine lover or simply passionate about fine food and authentic flavors, and you wish to discover the true soul of Valpolicella, this experience is made for you. An immersive 2-hour journey through a land rich in history, tradition, innovation, and passion, culminating in an exclusive wine tasting paired with a gourmet lunch featuring local specialties.

Get ready to experience a fascinating journey from vineyard to glass inside one of the most representative wineries of Valpolicella. Recently renovated yet boasting over 100 years of history, the winery is now run by the fourth generation of the family, who will warmly welcome you and guide you through an authentic and memorable experience.

Nestled between Lake Garda and Verona, in an area of outstanding beauty recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the winery is easily accessible by car and offers a large private parking area for guests.

The experience begins with a pleasant walk outdoors, where you will admire part of the vineyards that give life to internationally renowned wines. Surrounded by intense colors and fragrances, you will enjoy breathtaking views while listening to stories about the history of Valpolicella and the cultivation techniques used in this extraordinary territory. A truly evocative moment, capable of conveying the deep identity and charm of this renowned wine region.

From the vineyards, you will move to the beating heart of production: the winery itself. You will visit the historic cellar, with its ancient wooden barrels that feel like a step back in time, before continuing to the modern production areas. Here, you will discover a sustainable winemaking process that combines tradition with innovation—from the cutting-edge fruttaio dedicated to grape drying, to wine aging in large oak barrels, barriques, raw concrete tulip vats, and ceramic clayver vessels. Craftsmanship and forward-thinking techniques come together to create wines with a distinctive character, true expressions of Valpolicella.

The experience concludes in the modern tasting room within the Wine Boutique, where you can relax and enjoy a light gourmet lunch accompanied by a guided tasting of the winery’s most representative wines. A wine expert will lead you through the tasting, explaining each wine’s characteristics, aromatic notes, flavors, and ideal food pairings, offering a complete overview of the region’s winemaking excellence.

You will savor authentic local delicacies sourced from small producers in the area: a generous platter of cured meats and cheeses, freshly baked focaccia, a traditional Veronese dessert, and grappa. All of this is paired with six selected wines, including Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore, Recioto, and Amarone.

This is not just a winery visit, but a privileged opportunity to meet the people who, every day, dedicate themselves to enhancing Italian winemaking excellence. An authentic experience that tells the story of the deep connection between wine, territory, and innovation.
