Lambrusco Tasting
Lambrusco greets you with its vibrant shades—from ruby red to deep violet—and its lively froth. On the nose, it reveals fruity notes of cherry, strawberry, and blueberry, balanced with delicate floral and spicy hints. On the palate, it is fresh, pleasantly effervescent and irresistibly drinkable.
With thoughtful food pairings, you’ll uncover its most refined characteristics and appreciate every nuance.
Lambrusco di Sorbara
Considered the most elegant of all Lambrusco varieties, Sorbara comes from an ancient, precious grape grown between Secchia and Panaro rivers. Its natural berry thinning gives the wine intense violet aromas, remarkable finesse and a signature light-red color. A Lambrusco of rare delicacy.
Lambrusco Grasparossa
Grown mainly in the Modenese hills, Grasparossa is full-bodied and rich, with a deep ruby color and aromas of cherry and black cherry. Known since Roman times, this red-berry grape expresses bold personality thanks to the area’s ideal soil and climate.
Lambrusco Metodo Classico
A surprising experience: brilliant ruby hues, aromas of rose hip, violet, wild strawberries, and woodland notes. With long bottle aging, elegant structure, fine and persistent bubbles and a fresh, refined finish, this is a Lambrusco that impresses even the most expert palates.
